The below Sesame Street video has been circling the web this week, but I got so excited about it that I wanted to archive it here. All little girls should love their hair. I’m especially sharing this, “I Love my Hair” Video for the little brown girls out there:
And this one is for their mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and some of their girlfriends:
And for the rest of my friends, God has reminded us throughout scripture that he is a God of unity, who also reveals his diversity as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God loves all of his created beings, and our diversity is a gift from him. We should treasure and appreciate our own uniqueness, as well as the diversity that we see in others. For this blessing, we give God praise.
“For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
Psalm 139: 13-14
Don’t ever doubt that God put in his best work when he created you. God doesn’t do anything half way. I thank God that I am wonderfully made, and so are you, my sister.
Blessings on this weekend, Natasha

Love this post. A good gospel song fits to by one of my favorite groups: “Beautiful Girl” by Trinitee 5:7. Today I also heard “Nobody” by J. Moss. Love yourself first because God did.
