This Friday, we are discussing two topics dear to my heart: The Church and Education. Is the Church responsible for teaching and training all children (or just those in our families and local congregations)? What do we do about the staggering school drop out rate? Should we be concerned about the illiteracy rate among students?
I address these questions and more in my recently published article at Urban Faith. To add, I firmly believe that education on all levels should begin at home.

Comment other there and let’s get a good dialog going. Most importantly, let’s take action.
Blessings throughout the weekend, Natasha
Natasha, I just read your article concerning the education of our children. You are right on target. I go to church with you but I have never met you. Joanne Schultze told me about the article.
I hope to meet you soon.
Peggy, We have to get a hug in the commons sometime. Looking forward to it. Thanks for reading the article and praying about these concerns today. Blessings, Natasha
