I was so excited to participate in The Justice Conference in 2013! This year, I’ll be attending by watching the simulcast at the “partnership location” in Greensboro, NC. If you are following this series, it means that you care about justice. The Justice Conference is your one-stop-shop to all things justice.
This year’s keynote lineup includes: New Testament scholar, professor, and author, N.T. Wright; Dr. Bernice King (daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King); Eugene Cho, pastor and founder of One Days Wages; and Lynne Hybels (who planted Willow Creek Community Church with her husband) and many others. The conference will cover such topics as: gender justice, poverty, racial justice, immigration, human trafficking, education, and judicial justice. Participants will also receive the theological framework for justice, church mobilization, mentoring, and advocacy.
